Do you offer trials?

No. Every client gets a custom-configured environment. We don’t do free trials or self-serve signups.

What’s included in the setup fee?

We set up your instance, preload customers, users, products, and call cycles, and align reporting to your needs. Once ready, we provide logins to your team and deliver onboarding. Your first round of training is included at no cost so users can get started with confidence.

Can I change my licences or package later?

Yes. You can scale users up or down or change packages at any time with no repeat setup fee. All changes are in your control through the management portal, without needing our team to make adjustments for you.

Do you lock customers into contracts?

No. We’re month-to-month. Our product is our contract. Clients stay because the platform drives results.

Features & Functionality

Does it work offline?

Yes. Reps can capture visits, orders, photos, and forms offline. Data syncs automatically once they reconnect.

Can I import my customer list?

Yes. We preload your customer master into your instance so reps start with accurate records from day one. You can also update or import new customers at any time using our bulk templates. It is fully in your control, with no need for waiting on our team.

What reports are available?

Managers get instant access to a full reporting suite. This includes activity, daily and history reports, strike rate, missed visits, scheduled visits, customer images, photos, comments, and mileage. Form data can be viewed by sheet or by form, and custom reports can be created to match your KPIs. Reports can also be auto-emailed daily or weekly, giving management full visibility without needing to log in.

Can I integrate Geo Rep with my systems?

Yes. We support data feeds (e.g., MySQL, open APIs, Azure Blob, CSV) for customer, product, or order data.

Can reps place orders directly in Geo Rep?

Yes. Orders can be captured in-app and auto-emailed to the right people.

How does route optimisation work?

Geo Rep builds the smartest path for the day by sequencing visits in the right order. Reps start with a clear schedule, and the app automatically reduces backtracking and wasted travel. Routes can be re-optimised on the fly if a visit is moved or rescheduled, keeping the day structured and maximising strike rate.

How much data does the app use?

Geo Rep was designed to run in the field without burning data. A full day of activity typically syncs in just a few megabytes, even with forms and photos included.

What devices are supported?

Geo Rep is designed for smartphones for reps in the field. The app also runs on iPads, and managers and admins access the web portal through a desktop browser.

Yes. We use AWS infrastructure, global compliance standards, and 24/7 protection.

Where is my data stored?

Data is securely hosted on AWS. Region-specific hosting can be arranged if required.

Do you comply with POPIA/GDPR?

Yes. Data privacy and compliance are core to our setup.

Support & Training

How do we train our team?

We handle onboarding directly with your team. Each client receives a live training session for managers on the web portal and a separate session for reps on the mobile app. These sessions use your actual instance so users learn in a real working environment. The first training round is included free of charge. Beyond onboarding, you have access to a library of guides, videos, and knowledge-base resources, and additional training can be scheduled as your team grows.

Who manages my system?

Your super admin users manage the instance through the web portal. Our support team can assist directly when needed.

What support do you offer?

Our Cape Town–based support team is available via in-app support, email, chat, WhatsApp, and remote sessions when needed. We guide you through setup changes, troubleshoot issues, and keep you updated as new features roll out. All product updates are included at no cost and apply automatically across the platform.

Do you charge for updates or innovation?

No. All innovations and updates are included at no cost and rolled out across the platform.
